friendly staff perfect location great breakfast large variety
The staff were so friendly. They helped with directions and recommendations immediately. The location rocks, close to all the sites. I got a good breakfast. There was lots of variety.
The street noise was a bit much at times, especially early mornings.

The hotel location puts you within walking distance to major historical sites. Restaurants surround the hotel. Public transport is close. It allows easy access to other parts of the city, its very convenient.

noisy street weak shower
The location was central, but the street was surprisingly noisy at night. It made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast buffet seemed repetitive after a few days. The room was clean but rather small for the price I paid. The shower pressure was also quite weak, and this was a constant source of irritation.

A Stay with Cockroaches, Not the Cultural Experience I Hoped For
room holes cockroach problem
The location really is close to main attractions, I will give them that.
Turned out, it was just a bait. The photos online showed suites, not those rooms people actually get, sadly. My standard room got holes in the skirting boards and the floor, and nasty cockroaches came crawling out of there.

convenient location great light friendly staff great service
The location was very convenient. You reach historic place in minutes, also tram location is near. Rooms are mid size, I think it's ok, but they have great natural light. The staff is very friendly, so easy to communicate with them. Customer service is great!
There are some noises in the hotel I heard. The sound insulation is a little bit bad, but I could still relax!

Breakfast was very good, also the spread is adequate. Everything I tasted was fresh and the hotel is adding variety. The breakfast environment itself is cozy and bright. I love it!

This place is super located close to main attractions. The main attractions are at a walking distance. The hotel is on a fairly quiet street, but a short walk from main monuments. It is excellent!

I have to say the hotel is boutique style and has a unique classy and elegant character. Rooms are very clean with all items available. I love this cozy gem! They have setup a lovely room.
